I wont lie, this is a bit of a lazy post from me. We try to get one post a week out but I have been a little busy so I am copping out a bit here.
However, I still think it is useful. I post stories of people we have helped, obviously I can not link each story to a person as there are data protection issues and as we deal with bad credit some people (understandably) do not want it to get out that they have had bad credit.
That being said, we have had a couple of posts on Trustpilot recently, and I thought it be good to see that there are real people behind these stories. The things we have been able to overcome are great, but the bit that really makes it is calling our customers to tell them the good news – thats the bit that gives us the buzz.

I love these reviews. Not just for the fact that we are being described as miracle workers and fantastic, but because we love seeing how much it means to people to go from not expecting much to getting their mortgage offer. It is also nice in some cases getting a better mortgage than expected as in the example for Amy.
It is always nice to help people, but to exceed expectations is lovely to hear. Although it is myself that gets named in both, there are people who work behind the scenes to help me out. I just get all of the credit.
The reason this was a cop out post is because half of it is from other people.
