Mortgage Broker in Bramhall

You might have seen the big fuss we made on social media about moving to Bramhall.

We did because its something I have been wanting to do for a while, we have been on the Stanley Green trading estate for 5 years. This was a temporary move we made during covid due to our previous landlords selling up.

We (my family) moved here around 8 years ago (I know the exact date as it was the day my daughter was born! – house move and new born all on the same day). But now it is official, Mortgage Success is in Bramhall. We have moved to Sovereign House, which is the offices above the shops in the village.

Who does not want to live in Bramhall?

There are so many positives for living here, that I am not really sure where to begin.

Parks – I think it is only fair after mentioning my daughter that we start with her favourite. South Park (OK, this is Cheadle Hulme but its a firm favourite!). But thats before we get to the green spaces as a whole! Obviously we have Bramall park, Happy Valley, and Carr Wood – although we still call this the fairy walk after the fairy houses put up during covid.

Schools – If you have kids there are no shortage of great schools in the area. I have even bumped into a certain celebrity on the school run in the past. If the local schools are good enough for the rich and famous, they must be good enough for us.

Bars/Restaurants – now we are talking right?! This is what makes you want to live in Bramhall isnt it?! Whether you are looking for a good Breakfast in the morning (Juniper, Bubble Room and Trunk are personal favourites) or a nice meal, there is no shortage of options in Bramhall Village and the surrounding areas.

Transport – OK this might be where Bramhall falls down a little. Trains can be a little hit and miss, Buses are not the best. But we are not far from Cheadle Hulme and things get a little better there.

But beyond that, if I take my daughter out for a walk or a ride on her bike, more often than not we bump into someone we know – school friends, their parents we have even bumped into the head teacher and some TAs before now! It is a great little community. And that is before we get into the Summer and Christmas fairs, the annual duck race etc!

  • We have lived in the area since 2017. We ourselves chose here to put our own roots down as we love the area.
  • We obviously know the area, we also know some of the local agents quite well – one of them has a child in the same class as my daughter!

How can we can help?

  • We have been around since 2013 – over 10 years experience.

But more importantly, I always remember buying my first home before I became a broker. The stress, the questions… Who do you ask for help? The agent works for the seller, we work for you, the buyer! We want you to come and mither us with a million and one questions. That what we are here for.

We specialise in helping first time buyers and people with more complex scenarios (typically bad credit but try us). We are used to spending more time offering help and support. Its what sets us apart from everyone else.
