6.5.1     If you have bought a Product or Service from us we will hold your information on file until a time you write to us asking for it to be deleted. As a company that is an Appointed Representative of Mortgage Support Network which is Authorised and Regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority we need to ensure we comply with our financial services regulations and ensure we have details on file should a future complaint about our service arise;
